Established in the year 1984, our company is offering Inertia
Ring, Hubs, Couplings, CI Castings, Anti Vibration Mountings,

Our
cast iron manufacturing unit (Trimurti Founders) is spread over 10000
sq ft of built-up area and 1 acre of open area. It has 65 HP of
power, 50 KVA generator, 26" Cupola & 30" Cupola
furnace, material testing facility, shell casting facility and core

Conformation
As
an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, we put all the efforts to develop
our machined and non-machined graded cast iron components with high
quality standards. The certification has been provided by
International Certification Services. We make use of top grade raw
material for the production process. Our quality inspectors ensure
that all the production processes follows ISO quality norms and
policies. Following are some of the parameters on the basis of which,

Our
inspection facility comprises Trimos
VT600MA
(Swiss Make), Surface
Plate
(1000 X 1600 MM) and Surface
Tester SJ-201.
In addition, we also have various material testing facility such as
Belgaum Foundry Cluster, and Belgaum Material Testing Center.
Infrastructure
We
have a well-equipped infrastructure, which enables us to develop our
machined and non machined graded cast iron components in bulk
quantity. It includes 2 manufacturing units that are spread over a
vast area of 2500 sq. ft. and 6500 sq. ft., respectively. Also, these
units have the power supply of 58 HP / generator 75 KVA and 65 HP /
generator 40 KVA. These units have enabled us to acquire the
production capacity of 150 to 200 tons per month. Following are some
